Such information could comprise name, address, email address, phone number, and occasionally D.O.B and bank account details if a donation to the Appeal is made in this way.
We will only use such information to process donations, eg to claim Gift Aid on a donation, if you have so indicated.
We do not have a mailing list nor do we keep a list of donors and their contact details.
We never sell or share information about you to third parties for their own marketing or fundraising purposes. However, your information may be shared with third party organisations to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as HM Revenue and Customs as part of the processing of Gift Aid Claims.
Your information may be shared with us by third parties such as independent fundraisers eg Just Giving, or by payment processors, or via social media sites, but they should only do so with your express consent. You should check their privacy policy when you provide information to understand fully how they collect, use and process your data. This also includes Weebly, who power our website.
All information on the website regarding donations or fundraising on our behalf is only included with the express permission of the individuals concerned.
